Baltic Business Software

Country Manager

1997-02 - 2001-05 · Vilnius, Lithuania

About the company

Baltic Business Software was the newly founded Lithuanian subsidiary of a Swedish vendor of ERP and business software. The company was later renamed HansaWorld.

My role

I built the subsidiary up: a team of about 10 people, the partner network and the sales operation for distributing the localised international product in Lithuania. I ran the first customer implementations myself and was the point of contact with the parent company in Sweden.
