My roles
Business Need Manager in Master Data area
The BNM was responsible for developments in their own area. I coordinated all development effort that required SAP Master Data functionality or data modification. I detailed the business requirements and had to get business approval for them from representatives of all the countries involved, usually the Baltic states and Bulgaria. I was also responsible for moving approved requirements further into the systems development process, prioritizing the backlog and managing UAT once development was finished.
I was in this role for 6 months, from May to November 2018.
Business Analyst in the strategic project of the commerce business area
I was appointed as the Business Analyst for the strategic AMM project in the commerce business area of Maxima Group. The project was aimed at improving the process for managing suppliers’ contributions to promotional campaigns, making the process more transparent and auditable.
I was solely responsible for the elicitation, documentation, approval and management of business requirements for the change initiative. After preparing the business requirements, I was also involved in system design activities, supporting the system development team.
The first stage of the project was completed in October 2019.
